Growth plan for Glamnetic, 3 Oct 2026
Scale spend. Hold CAC.
Glamnetic already has proof: Brush-On Nail Glue carries 4.6 from 2109 reviews. The plan turns that into ad concepts across press-on sets and magnetic lashes, protects one number, a $10.56 CAC, and scales spend only while it holds.

- Target CAC
- $10.56
- New ads a week at peak
- 20
- Creators live by week six
- 10
- Test spend, six weeks
- $24,000
Contents
10 chapters, then the gates and every number’s source.
01 The number
One number to protect: $10.56 CAC on a $22 order
The one number is CAC. The target is $10.56, a guard line at 0.6 of a $17.60 ceiling. Every ad concept, creator and landing page is judged against it. If CAC drifts above the guard line, spend stops growing until we find the cause.
Protect
Target CAC: $10.56 on a first purchase
Ceiling = average order × margin × (1 + repeat orders): $22 × 40% × (1 + 1) = $17.60. Guard line = 0.6 × $17.60 = $10.56. Across the ranges: $4.19 to $451.74.
Three moves
- Kill losers early: one variable per test, every ad judged on CAC against $10.56.
- Feed winners from the $100,000 budget only once they hold the guard line.
- Read daily CAC, weekly learnings and monthly cohort payback, so nothing needs asking.

02 Variety
Press-on sets from $11.99 to $19.99 give every ad a new hook
Each ad concept has to carry one reason to buy and one hook. Deep Winter at $11.99 is a low-risk first try. Check-Mated at $19.99 is the full look. Press-ons and magnetic lashes get separate angles, and the glue gets its own proof-led concept.
| Reason to buy | Proof you already have | Ads (proposed) |
|---|---|---|
| Peel and stick, no glue | These no-glue nails each have built-in adhesives, so all you have to do is peel and stick | 5 |
| Leaping Bunny certified | Leaping Bunny™ Certified Cruelty-Free with 100% vegan materials | 3 |
| Styles for every mood | over 500+ styles of trend-driven and classic press-on nails | 3 |
| Quick to apply, long to wear | Each set applies in just 10 minutes and wears for up to 2 weeks | 2 |
| Press-on award winners | Byrdie's Beauty Award for Best Press-On Nails, 2024 | 2 |
| Brush-On Glue reviews | aggregateRating ratingValue=4.6, reviewCount=2109 | 2 |
| Vegan materials | 100% Vegan materials | 1 |
| Total | The ad concepts tab | 18 |

Each row is a reason to buy that the brand already has proof for. The count is how many of the ads carry it: a reason with a single ad is a bet, not a pattern, and the next batch of concepts moves toward the reasons that win.
03 Disturbances
Free shipping at $65 and Insider Plus can blur the CAC read
| Disturbance | Likelihood | Impact | Owner | Gate (proposed) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Free shipping at $65 pulls ad traffic into small carts, so order value falls below $22. | High | Med | Me | Track order value weekly; pause concepts if it stays under $22 for a full week. |
| Insider Plus at $59.99/yr may inflate repeat orders and flatter the ceiling. | Med | High | Both | Repeat-order rate comes from real cohorts; week one replaces the guess before the ceiling is used. |
| Wear wording such as Up to 5 Days Wear* gets stretched in ads. | Med | High | Your team | Every ad claim matches the site's own wording; claims sheet signed off before launch. |
| Event tracking is not live before spend scales. | Med | High | Your team | Orders and sign-ups reconcile with the store before week two spend. |
| Creators start late, so ten live by week six slips. | Med | Med | Me | Two creators start each week; if fewer start, the ramp shifts by one week. |
| Hit rate runs below the assumption, so winners arrive too slowly. | Med | High | Me | If two test rounds give no concept under $10.56 CAC, rework hooks before adding spend. |
| Star Wars and holiday sets spike then fade, flattering early CAC. | Low | Med | Both | Judge each concept on at least two weeks of data, never first-day spikes. |
Scores are my read from outside the company, re-scored in week one with your data. Each risk has one owner and one gate that can be checked with a number, so nobody has to argue about whether it happened.
04 The ceiling
The ceiling is $17.60; the guard line is $10.56
| Line | Value | Status |
|---|---|---|
| Average order | $22 (range $7.99–$334.62) | Assumption Range from the site product prices (Published); the midpoint is a guess |
| Gross margin | 40% (range 35–45%) | Assumption Replace in week one |
| Repeat orders after the first | 1 (range 0.5–2) | Assumption Replace with cohort data in week one |
| Margin per customer, all orders | $17.60 | Calculated Average order × margin × (1 + repeat orders) |
| Guard line for CAC | $10.56 | Calculated 0.6 × the margin per customer |
The math, with the assumed lines
Ceiling = average order × margin × (1 + repeat orders): $22 × 40% × (1 + 1) = $17.60. Guard line = 0.6 × $17.60 = $10.56. Across the ranges: $4.19 to $451.74.
Range across the assumptions: $4 to $452.
Average order $22, margin 40% and one repeat order are guesses until week one replaces them with store data. The $17.60 ceiling and $10.56 guard line move with them.
The ceiling is a range, not one number: the most a new customer can cost before shipping and packaging, which I do not have. Replace the guessed lines with yours and every figure below recalculates.
05 Test ramp
Six weeks of tests, $24,000 in total, before any scale
| Week | New ads × budget / ad (proposed) | Weekly test spend | Cumulative | Creators posting | CAC target (proposed) |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | 12 × $250 | $3,000 | $3,000 | 0 | $11 |
| 2 | 12 × $250 | $3,000 | $6,000 | 2 | $11 |
| 3 | 12–20 × $250 | $4,000 | $10,000 | 4 | $11 |
| 4 | 12–20 × $250 | $4,000 | $14,000 | 6 | $11 |
| 5 | 20 × $250 | $5,000 | $19,000 | 8 | $11 |
| 6 | 20 × $250 | $5,000 | $24,000 | 10 | $11 |
Six weeks, Proposed. Weeks 1 and 2 run twelve ads at $250 each, $3,000 a week. Weeks 3 and 4 run twelve to twenty ads, $4,000 each. Weeks 5 and 6 run twenty ads, $5,000 each. Total $24,000 of tests.
The math. Week 1: 12 × $250 = $3,000; Week 2: 12 × $250 = $3,000; Week 3: 16 × $250 = $4,000; Week 4: 16 × $250 = $4,000; Week 5: 20 × $250 = $5,000; Week 6: 20 × $250 = $5,000. Total $24,000 (96 ads × $250). A range such as 12–20 counts as its midpoint.
Weeks one and two test what the brand already has, rewritten per reason to buy. From week three, creator videos enter paid only after they beat their own account median. A range of new ads counts as its midpoint in the spend column.
06 Volume
More concepts means more winners for Check-Mated and the glue
More concepts means more shots at a winner. As an Assumption, twenty concepts give two winners and $18,000 added a month; eighty give eight winners and $72,000. Hit rate and spend per winner are guesses, not Glamnetic data.
| Concepts tested / month | Hit rate (assumed) | New winners / month | Spend each winner holds (assumed) | Added spend at target CAC |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 20 | 10% | 2 | $300 / day | $18,000 / month |
| 40 | 10% | 4 | $300 / day | $36,000 / month |
| 60 | 10% | 6 | $300 / day | $54,000 / month |
| 80 | 10% | 8 | $300 / day | $72,000 / month |
The math. 20 concepts × 10% = 2 winners × $300 × 30 days = $18,000 a month; 40 concepts × 10% = 4 winners × $300 × 30 days = $36,000 a month; 60 concepts × 10% = 6 winners × $300 × 30 days = $54,000 a month; 80 concepts × 10% = 8 winners × $300 × 30 days = $72,000 a month.
The hit rate and the spend each winner holds are placeholders. The first thirty days of tests replace them with real numbers, and the table is recalculated the same day.
07 Allocation
The $100,000 is split so tests never starve the winners
- Test ads: new hooks, one variable per test
- $40,000
- 40%
- Scaling winners that hold $10.56 CAC
- $35,000
- 35%
- Creator pay and bonuses
- $15,000
- 15%
- Landing pages and retargeting
- $10,000
- 10%
Proposed split of the $100,000: tests first, scale only for concepts under the guard line, creators paid for what they deliver.
The math. 40% × $100,000 = $40,000; 35% × $100,000 = $35,000; 15% × $100,000 = $15,000; 10% × $100,000 = $10,000. Sum 100% = $100,000.
This split is a proposal. It moves toward scaling as winners prove out, and toward testing when fatigue shows.
08 Channels
Meta first, because a $19.99 press-on set demos well on video
| Channel | Open when (proposed) | Why wait |
|---|---|---|
| Meta | Week 1; every test starts here. | A press-on set shows its full look in a short video. |
| TikTok | Once creator videos start holding the $10.56 guard line. | Creator-led nail and lash demos fit native video. |
| After Meta has two winning concepts. | Trend-driven nail styles are saved and searched visually. | |
| Google brand search | When paid social lifts demand for Glamnetic by name. | It catches buyers who saw an ad and search later. |
| Email and SMS | When the subscribe offer converts reliably. | The site already runs a 15% off subscribe offer, a base for repeat orders. |
A channel opens when its condition is true, not when the calendar says so. Until then the budget stays where the CAC is earned.
09 Payback
Payback decides it: a $20 CAC never earns back a $22 order
Payback is the real constraint. On a $22 order at 40% margin, a $5 CAC pays back on the first order with $12.60 left. At $10 it needs repeat orders, $7.60 left. At $20 or $25 it never does, so we stop.
Cumulative margin per customer, order by order, before CAC: $8.80, $17.60.
| CAC (scenario) | First-order margin | Year-one margin | Left after CAC | Payback |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| $5 | $8.80 | $17.60 | $12.60 | First order |
| $10 | $8.80 | $17.60 | $7.60 | After repeat orders |
| $20 | $8.80 | $17.60 | −$2.40 | Never: stop |
| $25 | $8.80 | $17.60 | −$7.40 | Never: stop |
The math. CAC $5: $17.60 − $5 = $12.60 left; pays back: First order; CAC $10: $17.60 − $10 = $7.60 left; pays back: After repeat orders; CAC $20: $17.60 − $20 = −$2.40 left; pays back: Never: stop; CAC $25: $17.60 − $25 = −$7.40 left; pays back: Never: stop.
Read each row left to right: the margin of the first purchase, the margin over the whole horizon, what is left after CAC, and the purchase on which the CAC is earned back. A scenario that never pays back is a stop, not a test.
10 Scope
What I cover on Glamnetic, and what stays with your team
Covers
- Paid social tests on Meta, one variable per test, losers killed early
- Creator sourcing, briefs and a hook library for press-ons and lashes
- Landing page briefs for the sets and the glue
- Daily CAC, weekly learnings and monthly cohort payback reporting
Doesn’t
- Event tracking build: I spec it, your team ships it
- Product claims and sign-off on wear wording
- Fulfilment, shipping and Insider Plus operations
- Beauty category experience: I have none, so I lean on your team
What this plan covers is what I can change inside the ad account and the creator program. Everything outside it is named on the right so nobody assumes it is handled.
Gates, written before spend, so stopping isn’t a negotiation.
| Day | Keep going if (proposed) | Stop or change if |
|---|---|---|
| Day 14 | Two creators live, first twelve ads running, tracking reconciles with store orders. | Tracking cannot match store orders. |
| Day 30 | Blended CAC at or under $10.56, or trending there with two winning concepts found. | CAC above $17.60 with no winner left to test. |
| Day 60 | Cohort payback shows repeat orders cover CAC; winners scaled from the $100,000 budget. | Cohorts show payback never arrives at current CAC. |
| Day 90 | Daily CAC holds the guard line while spend is higher than at the first month review. | CAC over the guard line for a month, no winning concept. |
Each gate is checked on its day with the numbers in the daily and weekly reports. If the stop condition is true, the spend stops and nothing renews until we talk.
What exists, what’s missing, and the order that’s forced.
| Piece | Exists today | Missing | Forced order |
|---|---|---|---|
| creative | Star Wars sets and Check-Mated at $19.99, 100% Vegan materials | Hooks tested per set, tied to reviews | 1st |
| creators | Magnetic lashes and over 500+ styles of press-ons to film | A roster of nail and lash creators | 2nd |
| claims sheet | Brush-On Nail Glue: 4.6 from 2109 reviews | A sheet linking each claim to site wording | Week 1 |
| landing pages | Free shipping at $65 and a subscribe offer for 15% off | Set-specific pages for each ad concept | 2nd |
| reporting | Insider Plus at $59.99/yr gives a repeat-buyer segment | Daily CAC and cohort payback views | 1st |
The order is forced on purpose: creative and creators come first because they are what moves CAC, and everything else waits for that data.

Month one is where it starts.
Week 1: I build the claims sheet from your reviews, we spec tracking with your team, and I brief the first two creators. Twelve ads go live at $250 each, judged against the $10.56 guard line, and the first daily CAC reading follows.
