Track record

Former COO of Tabs. I built its creator program to 100M monthly social impressions, and the paid ad engine alongside it. The numbers below come from videos that program produced.

At Tabs I built the creator program and the paid ad engine beside it. This is the same playbook for press-on nails and magnetic lashes: a small roster, one number to protect, losers killed early. I have not run beauty before, so the claims sheet and the category rules come first.

Why now

  • 2109

    Reviews on Brush-On Nail Glue

Brush-On Nail Glue carries a 4.6 rating across 2109 reviews. That is a product people already talk about, and creators can film its apply step honestly.

    Published
  • 500+

    Styles to build hooks from

The homepage describes over 500+ styles of trend-driven and classic press-on nails. That is a deep hook library: one variable per test without repeating a set.

    Published
  • $59.99

Insider Plus is a yearly membership

Insider Plus is priced at $59.99/yr and promises discounts, free shipping and early access. A creator video can point warm viewers toward launches once the claims sheet allows it.

Part 4 of 15

Principles

  1. One number to protect

Cost per 1,000 views, target $1. Ten creators at seven videos each per week gives 303 creator videos a month. Every test is judged on that one number.

  2. One variable per test

Change the hook or the set, never both. Stick Downtown against SoHo Squovals only teaches us something if the hook stays put. Losers are killed early.

  3. Claims sheet before camera

Creators quote only the three lines on the sheet, like 100% Vegan materials. Anything else goes to the claims channel and waits for an answer before posting.

  4. Pay for output, bonus for breakouts

Base pay by band, a bonus at the cap, and $50 flat when one video passes 100,000 views. One bonus per creator per month, organic views only.

#briefs

Briefs, drafts, reviews and the weekly numbers

Illustrative
  1. PriyaMon 8:30 AM

This week's brief: Stick Downtown. Hook is all you have to do is peel and stick. Seven videos each, claims sheet pinned above. Hands in natural light, no filter on the nails.

  2. JessMon 11:10 AM

Can I say these last a full week on my hands?

Not yet. The wear terms behind the asterisk need confirming. Say each set applies in just 10 minutes instead, which is on the sheet.

  3. Report botAppMon 9:00 AM

Monday report: ten creators posted, seven videos each. Best hook this week and worst hook are listed below. The worst one is killed before the next brief goes out.

  4. PriyaTue 2:15 PM

Draft sent back. The voiceover says the glue saves your natural nails. Cut that line, we make no health promises. Reshoot the apply with Brush-On Nail Glue in frame.

Got it. Reshooting tonight with the brush shot and the plain apply.

  5. MarcusThu 6:40 PM

The SoHo Squovals video just passed 100,000 views. All organic, nothing boosted. I kept the same hook as last week.

  6. Report botAppFri 9:00 AM

Bonus check: Marcus passed 100,000 views. $50 flat applies, one bonus per creator per month. Organic views only, so the video is sent to the paid step next.

  7. PriyaFri 10:30 AM

Check before we scale it: no health claim, no named rival, paid label on screen. All clear. Send it to the shelf link for Stick Downtown and SoHo Squovals.

The messages illustrate the working channel, with invented people: briefs go out on Monday, claims questions get an answer the same day, and nothing posts without the check.

Part 5 of 15

Formats

  1. Peel-and-stick quick press

    Brief 01

    Peel-and-stick quick press

“all you have to do is peel and stick”

One take of a Stick Downtown set going on, hands in natural light, then the finished look from two angles.

  2. Hack reveal

    Brief 02

    Hack reveal

“Fake lashes and nails don't have to be a bad thing!”

Open on a plain hand, cut to the finished set. Voiceover over the apply, no before-and-after health framing.

  3. Silhouette check

    Brief 03

    Silhouette check

    “Stick to your favorite silhouette.”

Lay out the SoHo Squovals sets on a table, pick one on camera, apply it, and hold the hand to the light.

  4. Materials close-up

    Brief 04

    Materials close-up

    “100% Vegan materials”

Packaging in hand, point to the line on the box, then a quick apply of that set. Quote the line only as written.

  5. Routine shelf

    Brief 05

    Routine shelf

“Upgrade your beauty game with Glamnetic.”

Brush-On Nail Glue and Press-On Nail Remover side by side on the vanity, then the apply and the remove, in order.

Every product line in a video comes off the claims sheet word for word, for example “100% Vegan materials”, “Each set applies in just 10 minutes and wears for up to 2 weeks”, “These no-glue nails each have built-in adhesives”. Product names are said as printed.

Part 6 of 15

Recruiting

Four sources in

  • Buyers who already review

Brush-On Nail Glue has 2109 reviews on the site. People who write reviews already film and talk. Start by looking for them in comments and tags.

  • Creators already filming manis

Press-on nail and lash creators whose feed is applies, routines and set reveals. Shortlist by how they handle the apply close-up.

  • Affiliate or ambassador page

I did not find an affiliate or ambassador page on the site. Recruiting starts from outreach, and I would check with your team that none exists elsewhere.

  • Commute and travel content

Stick Downtown lists ELLE's First Class Beauty Award for Best Travel Beauty Product, 2026. Travel and commute creators fit the peel-and-stick story.

Five filters, fewer each step

  1. 1Clean hand close-up

Natural light, steady hands, no filter on the nails.

  2. 2Audience asks questions

Comments ask about sets and application, not only likes.

  3. 3Claims discipline

Past posts make no health promises about nails or lashes.

  4. 4Volume

Can deliver seven videos a week without repeating one hook.

  5. 5Plain disclosure

Labels paid posts clearly, every time.

Part 7 of 15

Compares her go-to shape across sets and sticks to short squoval.

    Likely product: SoHo Squovals

  • French tip purist

Films classic French tips up close, from the apply to the finished look in natural light.

    Likely product: Pearl Du Jour

  • Graphic set fan

Likes a bold checkered look and talks through each apply step on camera.

    Likely product: Check-Mated

  • Soft pearl minimalist

Short, quiet sets for everyday looks and close-ups.

    Likely product: Petite Pearls

  • Dark and shimmer fan

Night-out looks built on shimmer finishes in low light.

    Likely product: Deep Winter

Left off, every time

Always left out: creators who promise health results for nails or lashes, anyone who compares Glamnetic with named rivals, accounts that hide paid posts, and anyone who films natural-nail damage as a before-and-after story.

Claims sheet

Approved, word for word

Quoted exactly as the brand publishes it.

  • “100% Vegan materials”

Nail sets whose page lists it; say it as written, nothing added.

  • “Each set applies in just 10 minutes and wears for up to 2 weeks”

SoHo Squovals videos, said as one sentence.

  • “These no-glue nails each have built-in adhesives”

Stick Downtown quick press apply videos.

  • “ELLE's First Class Beauty Award for Best Travel Beauty Product, 2026”

Stick Downtown only, never on other products.

  • “over 500+ styles of trend-driven and classic press-on nails”

    Hack reveal and hook-library videos.

  • “Fake lashes and nails don't have to be a bad thing!”

    Hack reveal opening line.

Never said

Each one with the reason it stays out.

  • These strengthen or repair your natural nails

Health outcome. The site makes no such claim.

  • These help your lashes grow

Health outcome. Nothing on the site supports it.

  • Better than any other press-on brand

    Comparison with rivals. Not allowed.

  • They last forever

Wear is stated as a range, not unlimited.

  • Shipping is free on every order

The site ties free shipping to a spend threshold and region.

  • Everything Glamnetic makes is vegan

The vegan line is on specific nail pages, not the whole brand.

  • Zero damage to your nails

A health outcome and an absolute. Both banned.

To confirm with the brand

Held until someone on the brand side signs off.

  • Up to 5 Days Wear*

The asterisk terms were not collected. Confirm them before anyone quotes this.

Part 10 of 15

Pay

  • Starter

    $300–600

    a month, by band

Starter: new creators proving they can hold seven videos a week and follow the claims sheet.

    Bonus at the cap: $300

  • Standard

    $500–1,000

    a month, by band

Standard: creators whose videos reliably reach viewers and who need little editing from us.

    Bonus at the cap: $500

  • Premium

    $800–1,500

    a month, by band

Premium: the few whose hooks repeatedly beat the median and who pass the claims check first time.

    Bonus at the cap: $700

  1. Under 100,000 views

    $0

The base pay covers the work.

  2. 100,000 views

    +$50 flat

    Whatever the band.

  3. 1,000,000 views

    Top-up to your cap

Bonus = band cap − base pay.

  • One bonus per creator per month, whichever comes first: the cap bonus or the $50 flat.
  • The $50 flat is paid per video that passes 100,000 views, never more than once per creator per month.
  • Organic views only. Boosted or paid views never count toward a bonus.
  • No bonus on any video that broke the claims sheet or the category rule, even if it took off.

Starter: $600 cap − $300 fee = $300 bonus; Standard: $1,000 cap − $500 fee = $500 bonus; Premium: $1,500 cap − $800 fee = $700 bonus.

The bonus pays for reach after the work is done, never instead of it. One bonus per creator per calendar month keeps it an incentive and keeps the program cost predictable.

Part 11 of 15

Above the $1 target at these inputs.

To hit $1, the roster needs about 10.1M views a month. That means about 4.2% of videos going viral, or a median near 22K views per video. That is why the day-90 gate exists: keep the accounts that clear it, replace the rest.

Proposed, not measured. Views = videos × median, breakouts at 10× the median, viral at 750K. Bonus: +$50 for a viral video, one per creator per month.

The math. Videos a month = 10 creators × 7 a week × 52 ÷ 12 = 303. Views per video = (1 − 4% − 0.5%) × 1,500 + 4% × 10 × 1,500 + 0.5% × 750,000 = 5,782.5; 303 videos × 5,782.5 = 1.8M views a month. Cost = 10 × $1,000 = $10,000 base + 1 bonus × $50 = $10,050. Cost per 1,000 views = $10,050 ÷ 1.8M × 1,000 = $5.74 against a $1.00 target. To hit the target, either 4.2% of videos go viral or the median video reaches 21,711 views, other inputs held.

Move the sliders and the label recalculates. The result is only as good as the guesses behind it, so the median views, the share of breakouts and the share of viral videos are marked as Assumptions until the first month of posts replaces them.

  1. Warm-up

Claims sheet and first two creators

Week 1 starts with two creators live. Claims sheet agreed, briefs written, first hooks from the format list. Nothing posts before the sheet is signed off.

  2. Month one

    Ramp to ten creators

Two creators join each week until ten are live at week 10. Seven videos per creator per week. Hook tests start, losers killed early.

  3. Month two

    Cut to the winners

Keep the formats and hooks that beat the median. Move creators between bands on output. Send the first breakout video to the paid step.

  4. Month three

    Tighten the cost

Aim at the $1 target for cost per 1,000 views. Replace creators who miss the claims sheet or the volume, and widen the hook library.

  5. Day ninety

    Decision point

We read cost per 1,000 views against the $1.00 target, review which sets and hooks worked, and decide together whether to renew, resize or stop.

  6. Monthly ceiling

    Spend stays capped

All ten creators at the top cap, bonuses excluded, is $15,000. That is the most this roster can cost in a month under this plan.

$15,000 Monthly ceiling, all 10 creators at the top cap, bonuses excluded Proposed

The roster grows by two creators a week, so hook performance can be read week over week instead of by anecdote.

Organic to paid

From organic to paid

  1. Pick the breakout

A video that passes 100,000 views organically goes on the shortlist. Nothing is boosted before that.

  2. Clear the rights

Ask the creator for written permission to run the video as an ad and agree the terms first.

  3. Test as an ad

Run it against the same hook in a fresh edit, changing one variable. The creator's original stays untouched.

  4. Scale on cost

Raise spend only while cost holds against the one number to protect. Cut it the moment it slips.

From the video to the checkout

  • Stick Downtown product page for peel-and-stick videos
  • SoHo Squovals product page for silhouette videos
  • Brush-On Nail Glue product page for routine videos
  • The Build Your Own Nail Bundle page for gift-guide videos
  • Free US and Canada shipping applies on orders from $65: mention it only as worded on the site

Part 15 of 15

Category rules

Beauty: press-on nails and magnetic lashes

Six rules every creator follows. They keep the tone honest and the roster safe at seven videos per creator per week.

  • No health outcomes

Never say a set repairs, strengthens or protects natural nails, or helps lashes grow. Show the apply and the look. Nothing more.

  • Quote the sheet only

Product claims come from the claims sheet and are said as written. If it is not on the sheet, ask in the claims channel first.

  • Show wear honestly

Film the real apply and the real result. No edited-in extra days, no sped-up wear. Wear terms stay unquoted until confirmed.

  • Label every paid post

Each of the 303 creator videos a month carries a clear paid label on screen or in the caption. No exceptions, even for gifted sets.

  • No rival comparisons

Never name another press-on or lash brand or imply Glamnetic is better. Describe the product, the shape and the finish.

  • Licensed collections need a brief

Collaborations like Harry Potter, Star Wars and Hello Kitty appear only when the brief names them. No fan sketches or character skits.

The brand’s legal team sets the final rules. This is the operating floor I’d start from, not legal advice.
